Breaking a sales record within the precinct, Salta Sibaya achieved a successful R1.1 billion in sales on launch weekend and over 40% sold on launch.
“By reaching over R1 billion in sales over the initial launch period in March, Devmco Group was able to break ground sooner than expected and further entrench the Sibaya Coastal Precinct as a catalytic node. Now 7 months from launch, this development has unlocked in excess of R1,75 billion in sales and construction is on track with all aspects, and our handover announcement is imminent,” explains Charles Thompson, Director of Devmco Group. As a recipient of the African Property Award 2021-22 award, the most acclaimed industry achievement in the region, Salta Sibaya will now go head-to-head with winners from other African regions.
